Do we offer Mobile Paint Sessions?

Yes, we offer mobile classes! Our team will travel to your location of choice, bringing all the supplies and fun to you. What time should I arrive for the Paint Session?

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to check-in. This gives us time to get you seated and set up with all your supplies, so you can start your creative journey without any delay!

What if you're late?

To ensure our classes run smoothly and everyone has the best experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you're running late for a regular painting session, you can still paint for the allotted time; however, if you don't show up within the first 20 minutes, we may cancel your session.​ For special painting sessions (private or mobile), you’ll still be able to paint for the allotted time, even if you're late.

Please note that all sessions will start and end promptly as scheduled. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals.

Cancellation policy?

To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, we ask that you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or those who fail to show up will be charged for the session.

To cancel, please contact us by email at info@sippingwithaswirlofpaint.com or by phone. If possible, please provide your reservation number when reaching out.

If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, we will issue a store credit for the full amount. Please note, "no shows" will not be eligible for store credit.

If Sipping With A Swirl of Paint cancel class?

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. A full refund or store credit will be issued to those affected. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Do we issue refunds?

Please note that our services are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your booking, we are happy to assist. Simply contact us, and we’ll help you find a new time for your session. Thank you for your understanding! Contact US
